Each client’s situation
is unique, so prescriptive solutions are inadequate. We
therefore work with clients in various ways to design innovative
processes that meet their exact requirements. Because of
the inherent uncertainty of organisational change, we place
particular emphasis on a real partnership with our clients,
a thorough understanding of their organisations, design
flexibility and attention to outcomes.
While clients value our analysis,
experience, and real-world business acumen: they trust
us most for our intuitive and practical approach to

Blending theory and
practice
We are rigorous in our analysis, ground our consulting
practice in respected organisational and psychological
theory; and use proven methods of learning and delivery.
We overlay theory with practical consideration
of the interpersonal and political aspects of change. Above
all, we never forget that our clients have successful businesses
to run and their employees’ well-being to consider.
We take particular care to address people’s
emotional and behavioural responses to change; dealing with
tensions and smoothing the transitions from resentment to
advocacy. We also design initiatives that deal with complex
group and inter-group dynamics and foster development processes
across the whole organisation.
All of our consultants have Masters degrees
or similar, and many contribute to academic programmes at
leading business schools - including Southbank, Sheffield
and Ashridge.
