Using Psychometrics
Psychometrics can help managers
and employees understand themselves and their work styles.
This enables them to develop effective working relationships,
foster innovative and creative thinking, and resolve conflicts.
We use a variety of established psychometric
instruments – including Myers Briggs Type Indicator
and Firo B - to meet the needs of the wider organisation;
not as a stand-alone activity. They provide valuable feedback
that enables us to identify common themes that can be used
to initiate conversations with managers and employees, as
a prelude to personal and team development activities and
coaching.
