Tammy Tawadros

Tammy specialises in organisational consulting, development and training and leadership and management development. A versatile senior HR and organisational development professional, she has some 25 years experience working with Local Authorities and the NHS.

She is particularly in diversity management, having run numerous leadership and management development programmes and development workshops for front-line, middle and senior managers in health and social care.

“I have a particular interest in developing the ability of managers and leaders to transform ‘turbulent’ teams and harnessing hidden opportunities for learning. I often work with organisations looking to manage challenging group dynamics and change or sustain competitive advantage by improving their approach to managing and leading.”

Tammy has wide ranging experience. She worked on diversity and BME leadership for a Camden PCT, North West London Trust Consortium, and the BEL Programme. She has undertaken management and leadership development and coaching at University Hospital Lewisham and in Transport for London. Her team development and building expertise has been used at Buckinghamshire County Council and Westminster City Council.

Tammy is a psychology graduate with an MSc in Organisational Consultancy. She is a member of CIPD.
