Rowan specialises in organisation and management development
and has a passion for linking business requirements to
the needs of individuals to increase colleague engagement
and improve business performance. Working with a range
of public and private sector organisations she has introduced
a number of organisational processes including performance
management, succession planning, talent identification
and management and strategic capability reviews, focusing
on both the business and individual requirements of these
processes.
She has extensive experience facilitating team building
to improve performance, relationships and communication within
teams and has coached individuals to improve their performance
through the use of 360 degree feedback, personal development
plans and appropriate psychometric tools.
Rowan has designed
and delivered leadership and management development programmes
with a number of retail organisations and more recently has
been working with an international telecoms business to change
the behaviour of colleagues to deliver a new business brand
and values.
Rowan is a member of the CIPD and has recently completed
a Post Graduate Certificate in the Psychology of OD and Change.
She has as BA (Honours) degree, a Certificate in Life Coaching
and is a practitioner for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator
(MBTI), FIRO – B, OPQ 32 and the Master Person Profile.
