Kamil is a practitioner with over 15 years of wide ranging
experience in the public sector, allied to course development
and teaching in leading UK business schools. He specialises
in assisting senior managers, management teams and organisations
to develop their ability to work in an effective and sustainable,
which is informed by truly human values.
His approach to coaching starts with an appreciation of
the clients’ situation and evolves through developing
trusting and participative relationships, to collaborative
working and the transfer of learning into the client organisation.

Kamil is a faculty member of the Ashridge Masters in Organisation
Consulting, where he helped develop an MSc in organisation
consulting. He has also developed MSc programmes in human
resource development and HR consultancy for South Bank Business
School. He has published articles and co-edited two books
on organisation consulting.
Kamil has a BSc in cybernetics and an MSc in HR studies.
Together they provide a unique perspective on systems and
their application to organisations. He is also experienced
in personal development, having trained in psychodynamic
counselling, group work, MBTI, and NLP (neuro linquistic
programming) to master practitioner level. |
