Jane specialises in putting together and running communication
and change management programmes. She also works with project
managers to prepare and deliver new services, and designs
and facilitates people development interventions. She owns
a people development and management consultancy business
in Singapore and works for half the year in Asia Pacific.
She has worked numerous companies and senior management
team, helping to assess and enhance business effectiveness.
A case in point is a project for 40 regional directors who
enlisted her services in coming up with creative strategies
for enhancing presentations, meetings and collaborative
working.
She is currently into the second year of communications
project involving 41 countries moving to a new electronic
system. The scope of the project includes: initial research
and analysis of need; design and circulation of information;
development of illustrated presentations in the US, UK,
Australia, New Zealand and Canada; plus training and support
to help teams adjust to the requirements of the new system.
Prior to this she had a major feasibility project for the
director of a global charity. The aim was to assess the
financial viability of the US publishing operation. The
scope was then widened to incorporate devising a strategic
plan for the future direction and priorities for the charity.
A key feature of the work was meeting with managers and
staff to explore options, present feedback and provide recommendations
for moving forward.
Jane has an MBA in Strategic Management from the Open University
Business School, a MEd in counselling and guidance, and
is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development
