“I have a passion for bringing out the best in individuals
through establishing a trusted relationship. By encouraging
people to work from their strengths, I energise them to
lead and influence change within their organisation. I
work with individuals so that when meeting challenges they
integrate new self knowledge with organisation action."
Jackie works from a whole system perspective helping teams
and groups work with the dynamic and emerging processes
of change. Her focus is on surfacing the key organisation
questions, by working with all levels in supporting processes
that are creative, critical yet collaborative.

service and the Health Service including facilitating action
