Our Approach
Consultancy Works takes a systemic approach to generating positive and sustainable change.

Working firstly at Board level and then through all parts of an organisation, our consultants will work with you to diagnose issues and then develop and help you implement processes which lead to sustainable improvements in effectiveness. A key feature of the consultancy’s work is an ability to work with strong emotions and turn challenging change situations into positive experiences for all involved.

Systemic approach
Our systemic approach recognises the relationships between different parts of the organisation. By understanding how small interventions can make a big difference, we can align specific solutions with strategic objectives.

We work within the formal and informal systems that govern how organisations operate, addressing the needs of people as well as the processes and structures. We then provide clear feedback and positive solutions that engage people and develop healthy attitudes to change.
